Information regarding GDPR
General Data Protection Regulation
Data protection has always been very important to us. We have always been very careful with our visitors’ data and even now we only use cookies which are technically necessary so that you can surf around our website worry-free. You can find more detailed information here:
Processing of personal data
Within the context of the website, we process your personal data as follows (regarding additional data processing within the context of the website, please refer to the following sections of this data protection declaration):
Log files when visiting the website
When our website is used, our hosting provider records what is known as “log file” data each time the server is accessed. This includes the name of the website accessed, the page visited beforehand (“referrer” URL), the product and version information of the browser and operating system used, the provider making the request, the date and time of access, search engines used, the country from which the website was accessed, the volume of data transferred, the names of any downloaded files and the IP address.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest in storing log file data is based on the need to ensure system security, including the detection of misuse. IP addresses are deleted after a maximum of 7 days unless they are needed for a longer period of time due to a security-related incident, e.g. for clarification or as evidence.

For contact enquiries, we process the personal data of yours which we need in order to answer your enquiry, such as name, address, email address, telephone number or similar.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the context of contact requests is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
In the context of contact requests, we store your personal data for as long as is necessary in order to process your enquiry, plus an appropriate retention period for further queries.
The provision of this personal data is not required by law or contract, nor is it needed for the conclusion of a contract. If you do not provide us with this data, however, we will not be able to respond to your contact request or – in the case of limited contact details – we will not be able to respond via all the communication channels used.
